It is possible to return the purchased products no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To make a return, simply contact us via the contact details on the site and make a return request.

Products are made and colored by hand and are therefore subject to small imperfections that make your miniatures unique. These imperfections are not considered a “defect” of the product but there is still the possibility of making a return without having to provide any reason as per Italian legislation which applies to all online purchases.

Once you have received the goods and checked that the contents are intact, the amount (total or partial) of your order will be refunded, net of shipping costs, within 7 days.

To return a product you will be notified of the address to which the goods should be sent based on your location.
Make sure you use an appropriate box and packaging in order not to damage the goods during transport.

The shipment can be made (at your expense) with the postal service or with a courier of your choice.
The shipping service chosen must be “tracked” under penalty of non-refund. ​
